You grant Global Direct and its sub licensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such Content, if they choose. APPLICABLE LAW
By using the Services, you agree that the laws of the Global Direct will govern the GTCs and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Gulf DTH.
DISPUTES
Any dispute related to the GTCs in any manner whatsoever shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration, which are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this provision. For the purposes of any arbitration proceedings commenced pursuant to this provision: (a) the number of arbitrators shall be three; (b) the place at which the arbitration takes place shall be Kuwait and the language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. You hereby agree that:
- You will submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwaiti for the purposes of ratifying any award made pursuant to arbitration proceedings;
- You will not challenge any arbitral award made pursuant to arbitration proceedings; and you will not object to or challenge any application to enforce any arbitral award made pursuant to arbitration proceedings and will submit to the jurisdiction of that court for the purposes of those enforcement proceedings.
